On March 12 of this year, Aktau hosted a key meeting of representatives of “SEC “Сaspiy” JSC, “ECOTECH ENGINEERING” LLP, “Kaspiy Desalination Plant” LLP and the State “Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services”. During the meeting, the production of filtration elements of reverse osmosis membranes and radiation-modified shrinkable materials in Kazakhstan was discussed, which will be an important step for the sustainable development of the domestic industry.
The project for the production of filtration elements of reverse osmosis membranes is of strategic importance for improving the quality of water supply in Kazakhstan. The introduction of such technologies will not only significantly reduce dependence on imports, but also create new jobs, as well as increase the level of environmental safety of the country’s water resources. Localization of the production of these elements in Kazakhstan will provide the market with high-quality membranes that meet international standards.
In addition, they discussed the creation of a production of radiation-modified heat-shrinkable materials that are used in various industries such as electronics, energy and construction. These innovative materials have improved performance, which increases their durability and efficiency. Localization of the production of these materials in Kazakhstan will reduce dependence on foreign supplies and significantly expand production capacity in the country.
Special attention was paid to the importance of localization of production in order to create new jobs, improve staff skills and stimulate economic growth in the region. All parties stressed the importance of interagency cooperation to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
The meeting also discussed steps to prepare the infrastructure and provide the necessary conditions for the development of innovative industries. Cooperation with local authorities and government agencies will play a key role in the successful localization and launch of production facilities.
The project is aimed at developing environmentally friendly technologies, which meets the strategic goals of sustainable development of Kazakhstan. All participants expressed confidence that these initiatives would contribute not only to improving the quality of life of citizens, but also to strengthening the country’s economic and industrial might.
