Construction of a greenhouse complex in the Mangystau region.

On February 18, 2025, the Chairman of the Board of “SEC “Сaspiy” JSC, A.H.Moldagulov, met with individual entrepreneur K.Zh.Tolzhanov as part of a project to develop the agro-industrial sector in the Mangystau region.
The aim of the project is to build a modern industrial greenhouse complex for growing vegetables in the village of Mangistau, Munaily district.
At the moment, the entrepreneur is at the stage of obtaining a land plot. As part of the project, it is planned to build a production greenhouse on a total area of 10 hectares. Of these, 5 hectares will be occupied by a greenhouse complex, 5 hectares of land by a laboratory, storage facilities, as well as administrative buildings.
One of the key objectives of the project is to create 200 jobs for rural residents.
The construction of a modern greenhouse complex gives the settlement access to fresh and high-quality vegetables at affordable prices. It was emphasized that the products offered would be grown using an environmentally friendly and high-tech method.
