Meeting of the Chairman of the Board of JSC “SEC “Сaspiy” with the ambassadors of the Republic of Uzbekistan: discussion of supplies of socially significant food products and the construction of a vegetable storage facility.

On March 4, Aktau hosted a meeting of the Chairman of the Board of JSC “SEC “Сaspiy” with the ambassadors of the Republic of Uzbekistan. During the talks, the parties discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation in the agro-industrial sector, including the supply of socially significant food products and the construction of a modern vegetable storage facility in the Mangystau region.
Special attention is paid to the creation of an effective logistics chain for the uninterrupted supply of fresh vegetables and fruits from Uzbekistan, which will strengthen the food security of the region and expand the range in the domestic market.
The vegetable storage project will become an important infrastructure facility contributing to the long-term storage and processing of agricultural products. This will create additional jobs and will be an incentive for the further development of agriculture in both countries.
The parties expressed confidence that the implementation of joint initiatives will strengthen economic ties between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, as well as make a significant contribution to the development of the trade and logistics network in Central Asia.
