Construction of a desalination plant with a capacity of 10.000 cubic meters

On February 22, 2025, the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “SEC” Сaspiy, A.Moldagulov, paid a working visit to the village of Kuryk to get acquainted with the construction of a desalination plant with a capacity of 10,000 cubic meters of water per day.

This project is being implemented by “Aleka” LLP. During the visit, A.Moldagulov held a meeting with the management of the enterprise, discussing the current stages of construction and completion dates. The plant, designed to provide residents and enterprises of the region with fresh water, is an important part of the strategy to improve water supply in the Mangystau region.

The construction of a desalination plant is an important step in solving the problem of water scarcity, which is one of the main challenges for the sustainable development of the region. The commissioning of the plant will not only improve the quality of life of local residents, but also create new opportunities for the development of business and infrastructure in the region.
