The aim of the project: is to create a closed–loop water supply complex designed for year-round industrial cultivation of sterlet/hybrid Bester Aksai breed and extraction of fish meat and products from it.
Equity participation: Eurostroy — A LLP 51%, SEC Kaspiy JSC 49%.
Main type of activity:
- Production of ready-to-sell black caviar by milking;
- After reaching the design capacity, the annual production volume will be 90 tons of sturgeon meat and 2 tons of sturgeon caviar.;
- The use of modern technologies and automation in the framework of project fisheries.
Land area: 3.92 ha near the Desalination Plant “Kaspiy” LLP.
