THE DIRECTOR OF “CASPIY OPERITING” LLP Malik Kuanyshbekovich Zhuyriktayev   Born in 1973. A graduate of Almaty Power Engineering Institute. He has the qualification of an electronics engineer. He started his working carrier as a category 2 engineer in the production telecommunication laboratory at the office of the Director of “Kazakhtelecom” NJSC in Almaty region. He held senior roles in telecommunication industry in different years.   From the year 2009 he had been working as the counselor of the President of “Transtelecom” JSC. From the year 2010 he had been working as the Director of the Investment Projects Department in “NC “SRC “Caspiy”. From the year 2011 he is the Director of “Саspiy operaiting” LLP.

 Primary activities of the Partnership are:

• attraction of potential members of the free economic zone for participation in the activity thereof;
• making proposals at the administrative authorities of the free economic zone in relation to the admission of individuals and legal entities into the free economic zone;
• representation of the interests of the members of the free economic zone in their relations with state authorities with the aim to assist in timely state registration of legal entities, obtaining of approval documents required for carrying out of primary activities on the territory of the free economic zone;
• construction and consequent maintenance of infrastructure resources, rendering services to the members of the free economic zone;
• signing and termination of the agreements with the members of the free economic zone , as well as with other individuals and (or) legal entities, admitted for operation on the territory of the free economic zone;
• participation in social modernization of the region;
• carrying out other types of business activities, not contradicting the applicable law and any laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
